After moving to Winter Park, Florida as a child, Marketa established deep roots in the Sunshine State. Marketa attended Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, FL, where she pursued two degrees - a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a master's degree in Architecture. While in college, Marketa met her husband whom she now shares two wonderful children with. Marketa’s career had a unique start, as she entered the workforce during the recession and made the move to teaching as an interior design adjunct professor at a local college. Little did she know that this teaching experience would spark a passion and set the course for a remarkable career shift. For the past decade, Marketa has been deeply immersed in the world of interior design, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise. Her portfolio includes diverse aviation, convention centers, and education projects, showcasing her versatility and creative prowess. Outside the office, Marketa loves to spend quality time with family, indulge in tasty meals, pamper herself with mani-pedis and massages, and finds solace in the art of organization.
